The
prostitution reform bill has been passed by the
government which means that prostitution and
brothel keeping is now legal in New Zealand
A question
arises however is, will escorts, masseuses, &
all sex workers will come under the consumer
guarantees act?
This means
that if you advertise a service and cannot really
perform, you may have to refund the customer. See

No doubt the
taxation department will also be taking more
notice, and you will have to keep good records.
If you work
for a parlour or agency, you will be entitled to
holiday pay, sick pay and all the benefits
enjoyed by most employees in the country.
